The campground sits really close to the gorge of the Red River with an excellent view of the mountains to the east. Each site has a covered pavilion, with picnic table, grill, and fire pit. There are two toilets - no running water but still were clean and well stocked with toilet paper. There is also a group site that has running water and running water for camp ground use near one of the toilets.
This is a BLM Park, camping fees are super affordable. Sites have plenty of room, a large concrete pavilion with tin roof and a picnic table. The views, solitude and hikes make this a great Park.
